Dr. Wolstenholme is a Chiropractic Physician, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and avid athlete who works with CrossFitters through a broad range of issues. He has an extensive background in fitness, health and wellness and and has a passion for teaching. Frustrated by the “treat the symptom” approach in healthcare. Dr. Wolstenholme’s approach is one of prevention and improved performance. There are hundreds if not thousands of lifestyle choices which, over years, create unbalanced strength and movement patterns. Ignoring your imbalances inevitably sets you up for a more severe injury down the road. A Functional Movement Screen helps to identify strengths and weaknesses by assessing mobility and stability.
